Shipping Policy

Orders for items that are in-stock will be processed within 2 business days
Customers will be notified if items will require a longer processing time for restock

Custom orders will have longer processing times, as items will be made unique to order.

Processing times and deposit amounts vary based on product and scope of customization.

Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 1 pm CST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will do our best to update you on any changes to your order's timing.

Shipping Methods and Fees are currently under consideration

Currently available options are limited to within the United States as presented upon checkout. Please inquire for special or international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

All deposits are non-refundable

In the event a custom order is not up to your expectations, a return order will be issued and your project will be corrected to your specifications, or, your deposit can be used toward another order. 

Items ordered that arrive in unsatisfactory condition or with defect can also be returned. 

Please understand that all items in the shop are hand made with care, our best efforts are taken to craft items with minimal visible blemishes. 

All returns need to be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
Returns will be offered a replacement item or store credit if replacement is not available.

EXCEPTION - Clearance items are offered as is, any defects will be listed in the product descriptions with our best efforts to show photo views.
